It's Been Almost 2 Years
I don't know about you but for me, it feels pretty weird that we both are actually talking again after like how many donkey months. I'm guessing that I'ma not feel this way if I wasn't expecting much. The thing is, I don't even know what I was expecting seyyy. Something is definitely missing here and I'm gonna find out what it is and I just hope that this thing is not going to push us further, again. Because besides my blog, I miss you too.
I Miss You, Blog
I just wanted some "space", Blog. I want you to know that sometimes I need to go off into my cave to mull over my problems. I've return because I'm ready, Blog! It's a mistake to think that you should share everything together. A time apart have allowed me to miss you and appreciate you even more, Blog. Really.
Well I had my last paper today and you know what? I find the paper quite fun actually. I was like smiling the whole time I was doing it. There was a lot of sketching involved. No it's not art but there are diagrams to draw and shit and you know I know you know that I love to draw. So yeah! Fun! Hurrr. And this Shalih of yours is actually so rajin (hardworking) you know. The day before the last paper, he actually studied until 11.45pm with his bestfriends at Admiralty sey, at the void deck at one of the blocks sey. I got proof!

and then I took the last train home with someone accompanying me through SMS. Hurrr.
(Dah dah, if you were expecting a longer post just because I haven't update for so long then you can just relax one corner, okay? Hurrr)

Life Changing Dream
9.50am.
Such a beautiful morning.
I got some pictures here that I want to show you.
Such a beautiful morning.
I got some pictures here that I want to show you.
(Have you seen this around Singapore?)
(This is the actual model without the compartment at the back)
(It comes in many different colours too)
(But I like the white one the best)This Vespa LX 150 is really driving me crazy lah. I think it costs from $6000 to $7000 and that excludes the insurance. I when I get my hands on that bike, the first female companion to ride with me is... (drum roll please)... my mum, to the wet market at Toa Payoh. Hee!
I had a dream last night and it truly made my eyes and mind open bigger, broader, wider. You see, it's good to experience all the bad moments, because good things will always happen right after it (if you notice lah). That's what I realised after I woke up.
She's one hell of a smart girl and I love her for that.

STUDY MISSION by Shalih
Zzz... Sorry I just woke up. Oh look. It's now 5.37am. Pretty early to blog about yesterday, ain't it? Haa. Yeah. That's what I'm gonna do now.
STUDY MISSION by Shalih
Shalih: ...but what does it feel like??
Azhar: I don't know. OK I guess. Tiring.
Shalih: Tiring??? That's not fun at all.
Azhar: Yeah, it's pretty tiring. Sorta makes you sleepy at first too.
Shalih: OK...
Apparently, Shalih have never tried studying before. Most kids in the school have tried studying and it kinda makes Shalih feel out of place and since he's getting sick and tired of that feeling, he will try to study, together with his friends at the school library, for the first time...
So far he's looking so good. Posing for the camera, showing how excited he is to study. Hey isn't that Mariam's trademark pose??

Moving on... so since this is Shalih's first time, we cannot blame him for sleeping on the job can we?

Shalih: (Waking up) Eh studying is tiring lah...Hafiz: Yeah I know but it's all for the sake of getting good results, bro!
Shalih: Issit??
Hafiz: Like duh...
Shalih: Well I did learn something from studying today.
Hafiz: Did you even study today?
Shalih: Shh shh, lemme finish can?? Well I did learn something from studying today. It's actually the act of pursuing a branch of knowledge, by absorbing mentally, which results in memorization.
Hafiz: ...
Shalih: I'm not done yet! ...and memorization can make you teach others especially your friends and creates that unforgettable special bonding. Hey... I'm getting the hang of studying.
As Shalih thinks studying is fun (at the moment), you should get you ass studying too! You think I don't know that your exams are coming? Huh??STUDY MISSION (Accomplished)

Lovers And Shits
The fireworks today at the Singapore Fireworks Festival (SFF) was really cool. I was quite excited after seing the finale! There were so many fireworks being set off at the same time, bringing brightness to the entire dark sky together with smokes and noises. Really it was spectacular. I've seen so many other fireworks too in my life. They're mostly National Day ones and I mostly see them on television too. Haa but the last I've seen besides this year's SFF was last year's National Day's and that was live. At that time I was still attached. I watched it outside Marina Square together with her. It was spectacular as well... So then I've completely realised that standing behind Hanafee and his girlfriend during the fireworks was a really bad idea. Really. And Click's romantic moments was just as bad. That's right. I've watched Click.

After some scenes, I felt so empty and out of place. It's been awhile since I last feel that way. Click's definetely not a show to watch with your friends. It's a show that you have to watch with someone that you love and seeing Paul Newman (Adam Sandler) having a lovely wife and wonderful kids made me more aware that I used to have something great like that once. Really it was a shitty feeling. A feeling that made you want to hold somebody's hand gently tight just to show you've still got the love in the cinema but fortunately, it all went away after Mubarak came to meet us guys in the end, right after the movie. It went away but I became a little moody. So that's why, guys. Sorry. Well cheers to Mubarak. Sigh. I hate relationships. Therefore I cannot accept relationships now. You may say that I'm not ready for one yet. In a way, that can be true. Well the only way for me to fancy relationships again is... I'm gonna have to keep this to myself, I'm sorry and I'll just have to stop dating because now I seriously think that it's time and money consuming at the moment, because at the moment, I want to stay single.

God dammit! Why do you have to remind me of her exactly, Kate Beckinsale?? Urgh. So much for forever and ever, babe.

Vitamin C
I don't know about you guys but I seriously miss the good old days when we were still in secondary school.
Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Secondary. Oh I went there alright and it's such a shitty school with such a shitty system. Haa, but I'm quite thankful for it though, because if there were no shitty school like Kuo Chuan, there wouldn't be any single memories for rebel students (like me!) to keep. Memories like playing chapteh in the toilet for instance. What else?
2. Vandalizing the school walls by spray-painting it just to show that public caning is so un-"cool"
3. Dying in a car accident, together as siblings... at the backseat
4. "Fingering" a female schoolmate at the cinema and got everyone talking about it the next day
5. Having sudden menstruation while sitting down at the assembly and leaving blood stains on the floor after that
Haa well the list can go on and on, and not necessarily, or rather, I don't expect everyone's memories to be the same because each and everyone one of us has different memories based on the experiences we had during the years we spent in the secondary school. But the funny and weird thing is that, you can only miss secondary school (badly, I mean, real badly), if you hate it so much. Seriously! Haa. I once said, a few years ago, that I was really looking forward to get out of that fucking school, and now when dreams have finally come true, I'm like begging for my secondary school life back, man. Sigh.
I shall end my post with lovely photographs that might... urgh, never mind.

Japan Hour
I went out on a date with Hanxue yesterday. She's a cool classmate of mine from China. Haa. Yes. China. Initially I was quite nervous about the date considering the fact that there might be some communication prolems during the date. Fortunately, it went pretty smooth throughout and I'm so thankful that I can speak mandarin a little, and my bad and incorrect pronunciations seems to make her laugh though so, to hell with my mispronunciations! Haa. And also tried some new chinese words which I learnt just right before the date from Jun Long. Haa. I wanted to take her to Swensens so "bin qi ling" is ice-cream and I wanted us to take pictures together so "pai zao" is take pictures! Hee!
Well my objective was to get to know her more and vice versa. I mean, that's the main purpose of every dates right? To get to know someone a little better? Moving on, well both of us had a wonderful time chit-chatting about how China is like, and how she finds Singapore so far. That kinda stuff. We did quite a lot of stuff too like walking around town, which she seldom does, and we had sushi and takoyaki for lunch, and we caught a movie, Helen The Baby Fox, despite knowing that the movie was in Japanese, and we did quite a few more stuff that I really shouldn't talk about. Hee! Oh and the movie was great. I almost cried because the baby fox died in the end! Urgh.
Anyways, we did have fun and hopefully we'll have fun again sometime. Oh and "ke neng yi ho, ke yi zai cu lai" is lets go out again some day. Haa.
Well China and Singapore just got closer after the date.
